Zoopark residents visited Ričardas Anusauskas film premiere
The residents of Zoopark are very active, therefore they are happy when they have an opportunity to travel – this time they visited Vilnius. On 28th June, a rooster, a spurred tortoise, 6 rabbits and 6 guinea pigs travelled from Kaunas Mega to an event organized by the Lithuanian Rytas sales department. Animals won the trip for exemplary behaviour at Zoopark because they were extremely friendly to visitors. Zoopark residents were fascinated and pleased with moments of the event: the animals found many new friends, admired films, and experienced great moments.
During the event, a documentary film of Ričardas Anusauskas about the Lithuanian nature Four Seasons was presented. In the autumn, Lietuvos Rytas TV will present the film to its viewers.
“The artist’s dream is to feel free. The film itself was born only from the love for nature. You need to love this profession, otherwise what you are left with is worrisome nights. It is important to see what nature itself can tell us. I spent a lot of time in nature – this is how the film was born. Now is the time when school children cannot distinguish species of animals and birds”, said Ričardas, presenting the novelty. The residents of Zoopark agree to the view that it is necessary to listen to what nature can tell, thus they welcome all guests every day from 10 AM to 9 PM, where you can not only meet the animals that were at the event in Vilnius, but also see a flock of various parrots, to play with meerkats, to feed the sheep. Zoopark is located on the second floor of Kaunas Mega.
